Description

The shoulder on route 13 north (Northhampton Blvd to Chesapeake Bay Bridge) is unfinished between Shell Rd. and Shell Road. This part of the road is frequently used by bikers and others from the new park Lake Lawson Lake Smith. With the unfinished surface the shoulder is practically impassible and small ricks kicked up by passing cars are hazardous. Can asphalt be placed on the shoulder as in other parts of the same road in December?
