As replied yesterday: STOP closing cases merely due to being received and forwarded to some agency. Close AFTER problem resolved. Signs were still there as of 6:30 p.m. today, thus violation continues and needs abating. CASE SHOULD NOT BE CLOSED UNTIL SIGNS REMOVED FROM CITY PROPERTY! Calling 311 or 646-7000 after 7 p.m. gets message office CLOSED, need call during usual business hours; which NOT help resolve such problems reported here WEEKS AGO! I left phone message on 646-6398.
