Vehicle being covered by owner and son. Please act on this derelict car that is in violation of parking San Francisco parking ordinance!

No it is still there as usual, taking up two good parking spaces! The tax man has to park his car in my driveway hoping not to get issued a ticket overnight because this problem still exists and has existed for over 4 years now. NO one seems to care about ridding the city of junk and derelict cars that are not being used for commuting. I am not about to call the traffic control because I know they won't do anything and calling the local precinct is going to solve the problem and my district supervisor really could care less about this or other annoyances in his district. Why I even bother being a good citizen is beyond me as I know my hope of waking up some morning and seeing the matter resolved is never going to happen.
