It has already been cleaned up - impressive work Oakland!

Someone else has reported this earlier without a picture, so I went over there this afternoon to take one. After I had and took the dog for a walk, I came back and someone else had dumped more trash there! Here's a picture with the additional trash.
This is a safety hazard as it is blocking the lane and cars are swerving into oncoming traffic to avoid the pile.
I could not see any personal ID in the rubble without opening one of the garbage bags.
