Investigator 279 dispatched via 311 complaint of material in City ROW. Upon arriving at address, Investigator 279 noticed that the contractor had materials too close to the cross streets on multiple corners. The sightline was blocked. InvestigThe correct address is 4040 Koehler. This project has numerous permitsator 279 also noticed mud/dirt on the streets. Investigator 279 went over the issues. with superintendent stated that he would take care of these items immediately. 1st notice posted to maintain construction material within the jobsite and keep out City ROW, remove/clean mud off the streets, and maintain silt fence at all times. Please refer to senior of area and its zone inspector. Investigation closed.
