Description

Seely Place is a very dangerous road for pedestrians and drivers alike. Because people park on Seely along the hedges, the road essentially becomes one lane though two directions of traffic are still trying to pass through. The children have to go out into the middle of the street around the parked cars and into unforgiving traffic. There is not enough room for cars and no room at all for walkers. The ideal solution for walkers would be a sidewalk.
