Mr. Stewart....You contacted my office and spoke directly with me on February 8, 2012 regarding this proeprty and I made you aware during our lengthy conversation what the issues are with this proeprty. Irt is private property, Codes has this property under a code demolition action and the owners are currently in bankruptcy, which means they are protected againist any further actions from the Government. I also made you aware that the demolition cost is over $181.000 and the Government currently does not have the funds to demolish the structure.

I further made you aware that once the bankruptcy is finalized that the Government would look into other means to have the property.
