Description
I am buying a house of Poinciana and the backyard borders Mayfair Park. Four pine trees on the property were removed by city crews since we started closing and they nearly dismantled the fence between the property and the park.
Once we close on the house. I would like to remove the stumps and fix the fence. I have two dogs. Being that it is a city fence I guess I need permissions to do any work there.
Do you have insight to what I can do as a private citizen if anything to restore that back fence?
