We do not need a sidewalk repaired. We need a new sidewalk as it as illegally closed off by WC Smith Construction without a permit from DC DOT/

Construction workers working at this location need to repair the sidewalk as well as the street citizens just want to make sure that construction workers don't get ghost after the construction is finished and complete the sidewalk and street is well refer to SIOD, Per Inspector NICKENS

Per R White - Several construction sites have ongoing work at this time. Temporary patching is required at this phase of work. Final restoration will not be done until sites are nearing the end of construction.
Note construction company's are responsible for maintaining temp repairs, until final restoration is completed
