There is very little traffic on this street tucked way back in the neighborhood so I don't understand why that is even an issue (but I do know some of the children involved have been destructive to property near the basketball goal)
There are about 30 houses on the braceridge and batiste cul de sacs. I know turning left from braceridge you have to avoid that goal. When I come home at 6, I always pass cars, let alone the kids playing there. Wouldn't the basketball goal at the end of the braceridge cul de sac be a safer place to play? Btw, I heard about the vandalism too.
Again the site closes the issue when you comment so you have to go in and reopen. This goal is not only an obstruction it's use is annoying and at times dangerous. I've seen cars have to swing around this goal and almost hit the oncoming car because it is on the corner. And the kids are incredibly noisy. Just look at it at 4:30 in the afternoon.
