Description

There is a pile of yard trimmings at the back corner of the property by the alley. There is also a pile of leaves on the Norwood side by the driveway. In January the leaf cleaning never came through on Norwood - even though the signs were reposted 3 weeks in a row. Gutters are clogged with wet mud, leaves and debris.
