Blue Toyota LP- EPPC80 parked in front of 106 First Street has not moved in 8 months was covered in snow no one has moved it people wondering if it is a stolen or abandoned car ....So many out of state plates on this street when they clearly live on First street. Why should we pay their taxes? Why should they be able to take up all our spaces...Pay MA insurance and register your cars where you live . We on First street who do what is right are sick of this really Do something about it please
