Description

Water shot off valve collar and cover in street in front of 2102 Ponderosa Drive SW keep coming up out of the street and laying in the street or partially out. Dangerous since they are heavy and sharp edges. Have put it back a few times now but cars hit it just right and up it comes. There are two valves and covers but it is the one furthest to the east that is the problem. See photos
