Description

Resident is burning large piles of yard waste and maybe other items in his backyard in the night. These fires send smoke and embers all through the neighborhood. Because the fires are just on the ground, there is the danger it will spread through the dry grass into other yards as well. This has been going on for a couple of weeks.
