Description

On both sides of the road, construction has limited sidewalk access on New Jersey Avenue SE. In addition, the crosswalk on New Jersey SE and Eye is often blocked by large construction equipment which seems to be a safety violation. Pedestrians are feet away from heavy machinery, with no clear route to get around.
