I second that! It's one thing to feed the birds, but this pile of seed/bread/peanut shells is a feast for rats and other critters. What's more, it's poured all over the sidewalk in front of the house in a huge pile. It looks like a mess and it attracts some nasty animals.

OMG that's so gross!!! I would think your neighbor knows how much it bothers everyone but still continues to do it because he/she doesn't have a fulfilling life and he/she has to create chaos in others. If this wasn't the case and he/she was just trying to feed some loving animals that he/she may see around, he/she would pour it in their own back yard.

I'm not so sure putting their names up here is necessary... They seem like a nice enough older couple, and what they are doing isn't criminal. It's just very unsanitary.

I haven't seen food out in a while!
