Due to major leaks that the management company did not repair, this house has several dangerous types of mold growing throughout. The SF Department of Public Health wand Department of Housing were called and cited a number of code violations. As of 3/26/15, the landlord and management company have not yet hired mold remediation specialists, nor have they filed any type of permit to begin work.
