Light still out as of May 13 2015

Light still out as of July 10th. Plus now there is construction that has turned a very wide-laned two-to-three-lane road with bike paths on both sides of the street and room to pull over, into an extremely narrow two-lane road edged with concrete road blocks. It's unlit, so cyclists must either move very slowly to avoid unseen hazards, or keep a normal pace at which they are likely to get flat tires, bike damage, and personal injury because of the hazardous road conditions and the fact that there is no where to pull over when the inevitable accident occurs. This is an extremely hazardous situation, and it is completely dark. How many months and years does it take for Public Works to change a light bulb?
