LET YOUR DOG IN at 1,2,and 3 am..None of your neighbors want to hear the barking that goes on for hours at a time..Try and be somewhat considerate. During the day, fine! At 1 and 2 am NOT FINE! LET EM IN!

I have had this same problem. Call Roseville animal control. They will at least check for a dog license and have a talk with the owner. This seems to solve most of the barking dog problems around us. I was told by the animal control officer that if there is a persistent problem in off hours, the police dispatch can be called - 586-777-6700.
