This issue may have already been taken care as it occurred over the weekend, I apologize for the delay however SeeClickFix is not monitored over the weekend. I've referred this to our Public Utilities Department. I will update this issue when I have heard back from them. This type of issue may be called into the Public Utilities Department at 250-2737 during regaular working hours or 829-1930 after hours. Thanks for reporting.
