Description

The intersection of West Park and Hubinger. The street hardly exists anymore. It is just stones and gravel. It is dangerous even to walk there. Temporary tar cannot help it. It needs to be paved as does that block of Hubinger.

By the way, the stretch of Elm Street between Boulevard and West Park Avenue is a disaster even with the filled potholes. No need to install speed humps. It's a natural obstacle course. Maybe repaving every 50 years is due. I never drive there even though it's around the corner.

Of course all the areas are dangerous for bikes.

West Park Avenue is deteriorating also.
