So I have Optimum, and I have problems too. We found out from someone at Optimum that they give everyone the weakest possible signal that works. So it can be an on and off deal like you have. And if lots of people are using it, I can't get online. Now I got OptimumLink so I can put what's on my computer screen onto my large 65" TV screen. Only thing is it won't work well with video cause the signal is too weak (it keeps stopping and dropping seconds here and there). Optimum tells me of course that happens, that's why I need a stronger signal! How do I get THAT, I ask.... Get an upgrade for lots more $, they say.... I don't like being jerked about and taken advantage of. Tell me the deal at the beginning, lay it all on the table, and I'll understand it and deal with it. But yank my chain, and I'm not going to be happy about it.
