Property Owner is aware of this smell and blames it on the neighboring house. Has not made an attempt to solve problem. Has not kept any promise made 4 months ago (ie, bath tub, lay new floor in back room.. fix heating system properly). Nothing; but want me to stay... NOPE! ~ Outta There
