I was in the area yesterday, and leaving 12 Oaks mall from the north-most drive going onto Novi Rd around 6pm. The cars on Northbound Novi Road would block the intersection so no cars could leave the mall when the light was green. We sat thru 3 light cycles before any cars were able to turn left and only two made it that time. They had to drive in a weird pattern to go around the cars blocking the intersection. Signs should be posted, and Police should ticket cars that are blocking the intersection on Novi Rd, during a red light.
