Description
The NHPD have setup on Crescent and are sitting with their lights flashing. I encourage them to sit there, but I wish they could do it without the flashing lights. They are blinding while driving and make the neighborhood look like a crime scene.

They still sit there with their lights flashing during events. Here's hoping the mayor doesn't build ANOTHER school in our neighborhood.
