Dumpster located at 1234 Franklin Street pose a danger to vehicles traveling on Franklin street, NE. The dumpter exceeds into the street obstructing the flow of traffic. Some vehicles have to move over some into the on coming traffic. Please investigate and verify if a permit was administered by the District of Columbia allow the dumpter to reside in the residential parking area for 4 months allowing a developer to bring nuisances to the residents living near the property.
