Owner just 'renewed' the permit with MPD which expires on 2/14/12. No ticket has been issued by any agency.

I apologize if my language was accusatory in the previous post.
Let's try again... Badge#115 is incorrect when reported the vehicle as not being at the location at the time of issuing the warning.
Attached is a picture taken at 13:02 on 2/7/12 where it can be clearly seen the vehicle parked at the same location and has not been moved in months.

2/13/12 13:04hrs... vehicle still at the same location and now has a 'renewed' MPD permit to expire on 2/26/12.

'renewed' MPD permit now expires 3/11/12... vehicle is still in the same spot, no enforcement. 1600 Block of Swann St NW.
