Description

Snow removal DOWNTOWN on a Saturday? Why was it that majority of it was not cleaned off .
BYLAW is it not. This problem has occured all winter. Whether it be a Saturday/Sunday/ Wednesday. Sidewalks should be cleaned every morning.
