Description
Attendant at Douglas Parking lot on east side of Franklin south of 14th intentionally placed a stand up sign blocking the bike lane. Two cyclists stopped to move the sign out of the bike lane after which the attendant placed it back in the lane. When I stopped and asked the attendant to keep the bike lane clear he refused, stating that his supervisor Mohammed required him to place it there. The Franklin Street bike lane is already blocked enough by double parkers, construction, glass, and delivery vehicles. Please ensure that parking lot attendants don't add to this with poorly placed signage.
