Cars are constantly parked in the bike lane here on northbound Mandela Pkwy north of 29th Street. I'm not sure why this is such a popular spot to park, but it happens even when there are empty curbside parking spaces as shown in this photo from earlier today. Double parking in bike lanes is a huge issue all throughout the city, but this block in particular seems to be a magnet for it.
