This is a single family house rented out to more than 5 unrelated people, I counted 10 this morning. Owner of the house do not even live on the property and he has simply turned the place into a campus dorm. This is against Town zoning code but nobody from the town happens to care about it because this is not happening in their neighborhood. Tenants are extremely disruptive and now have an RV parked on the street which, again, is not allowed except for loading and unloading. In case you need a reference below is the actual text from Town's code document. Can someone look into

FAMILY: One person; a group of two or more people related by blood, marriage, legal adoption, or legal
guardianship; or a group of not more than five unrelated people, living and cooking together in the same dwelling
unit as a single housekeeping unit. A family may also include domestic help, but does not include roomers,
boarders, or lodgers.
