All of Norton Parkway is really bad, and has been for sometime, even before the winter. I am afraid to ride my bicycle.

I can relate to that. I have held off riding. I would usually take Elm from downtown to Ella Grasso, but the road is so dangerous these days with all of the potholes. There is no way to dodge them.
