Low wires, Citizen needs to move debris to a reachable location and call back for p/u

This is a poor and no valid excuse for not wanting to pick up the items. Every week the trash truck comes in the same alley and picks up trash with no issues at all There are no low hanging wires in the alley which would impede a truck and workers pickup up the items. All of the items are literately sitting a the edge of the yard. Once I return home I will attach photos as well as take a video and upload to this site. I am extremely displeased with how this has been handled. First it took more than the 10 business days, then I posted a question asking about when the items will be picked up then I am given a bogus reason for the items not being removed. If I am not provided a valid reason I would like to speak with the director of the department.

UPDATE: I have included photos and video of the backyard of my house where you have denied my request to pick items based on the reasoning that there are wires too low.
