Description

Frito Lay Truck idling at 9:20 this morning in front of 1617 JFK Blvd. Vehicle # R31879, License plate GRC 4003 AND the sticker on the back that says "If idling for more than X minutes, call this number" was all scratched out and defaced. Fumes emitted were DISGUSTING.
