REGULAR transient and Panhandling at; Eastbound 91 McKinley off ramp. In the Corona Hills Plaza Costco/Texas Roadhouse parking lot, and at the exit on the side of Conroy's Flowers and McKinley. Wal-mart/Petsmart parking lot too!

I agree. Everyday on that off ramp and on weekends for walmart and sams club off Ontario at California. Adults using own kids as ploy to get money while begging. How about a city ordinance Corona council? NO PAN HANDLING! Call out child services for these people. If they have to beg for money then maybe their children are suffering. ie. Malnourished, not going to school, horrible living quarters. Someone must inquire.

Every weekend there are at least 5 groups of people panhandling some with kids. Trying to guilt people into giving money. I've offered to buy the kids food and was told no they wanted money instead. I left pretty upset. What can we do about this cpd? City council let's get off of our butts and figure it out. They target the Costco lot because that's where they prosper the most. You never see day labors out there our at the paint door south of the freeway. How was that stopped? It is becoming a real problem. Please please help us out here.

Last call to Corona PD I was told by dispatch that they have reached out and PD won't unless come out they're breaking the law. Corona Counsel you need to implement a City Ordinance if that's the only way to address this issue which is GROWING and plaguing Corona.
