Description

Exiting out of the Care Lane medical area onto 9N/Church Street is hazardous when you want to make a left hand turn. It is an accident waiting to happen. Many are elderly patients or patients on medication who are not capable of jumping out in traffic when there is space to turn. There are so many lights coordinated on West Avenue. I know this can be done by coordinating a traffic light with the one at West and Church St.
