Description
The PWD needs to fire the supervisor in charge of their repair jobs on market st.
There was an inlet which was repaired on the 3100 block of market st,in front of the parking lot on the north side of the street. The PWD failed to close the loop and see to it that the job was properly paved post repair.
The inlet has been exposed to traffic for weeks, causing cars and cyclists to weaver recklessly around the repair. The hole is growing and debris is scattered around the site. now you can see the inlet concrete job has been compromised.
Who the hell in the city provides oversight for these jobs? Why is this an acceptable practice? Fire the louts in charge and FIX this mess NOW.

re-repairs were conducted at the end of january, yet the PWD has yet to get the area re-paved and the right lane re-opened. this snarls traffic on an already congested market st.
i still contend the PWD supervisor in charge of this fsck up should be fired. this is unacceptable. also, we have elected city council members who are responsible for chunks of the city, why don't they have anyone out identifying problems????
