An unfortunately common occurrence. TT&P, can your office contact someone at CT Transit about this or is there a direct number to call with complaints? My guess is CT Transit is not on SCF.
203 624-0151 they will take the complaint and fill out the form. It takes about 2 weeks to investigate and before someone will call you back, BUT you have to request a follow-up. This process is usually succesful. Viola Ferguson, I think, is the primary complaint liason. I've put in several complaints for the same thing over the years, having almost been run over in a crosswalk while the bus goes thru a standing red light. 203-624-0151
