Our Public Works Staff has completed an inspection of the site (Stanhope Village Student Housing). Findings from inspection are as follows:
Construction entrances on Friendly Drive and Concord Street need additional construction entrance stone.
Inlet protection leading into parking deck need to be cleaned of excess sediment build-up.
Tracking out of both entrance needs to be cleaned.
City staff spoke with site managers after inspection to go over findings. Prior to leaving, work on corrective actions were taking place. We are inspecting every week and will continue to go over issues with site managers as needed. They have almost completed the drilling work that is contributing to the majority of these issues. Their schedule is to have that work complete by the end of week. So we should see a noticeable change in site conditions by next week. We did discuss checking and cleaning those inlets at parking deck multiple times a day.
We will continue to monitor very closely and try to maintain compliance for site.
