Description

A tree at 1336 Shotwell St. has been untrimmed for years. It is unhealthy and sitting on power lines. The owner refuses to maintain and PGE will only cut the very top of the tree which does not help the wires that go to people's houses for power and phone - these are still swallowed by tree branches.
