Yes, my husband went to court today for debri litter and was found quilty. This is unfair to us because there are other yards in our area and in town that is much worsier. they fined him $500.00 dollars or 30 days in jail. he has 6 mos. to get rid of everything in our yard. My husband is retired, koren veteran, and disabled. Iam also dsabled. My husband sells junk in order to pay our water bill a month. he also just sold a load of junk in order to buy my medicine for a procedure i have to have done.We bother no one, and the code enforcer doesn't do anything about the other yards just us.we are being treated unfair, the code enforcer even theatened me by having th mobile home bulldozed down and send me the bill. My husband painted the mobile home an has cleaned up alot, but they still continue to harass us.We have alot of drugs where we live and the law just don't seem to care, and it doesn;t do any good to call the law because they say they have their own laws.I think the town of clover need to be investigated.Why do they have to bother the low class people, we struggle to have what we have.I hope you can help us!!
