Talbot.....I am unsure as to why you continue to post the following over and over again: "Help resolve this with a comment, image or video...". Asa I stated and will state again, this request was called into our office yesterday and we will make the inspeiton and issue action.
In the future, please use the official Codes and Building Safety website to report a code violation and to gain a status on a request as Click Fix is NOT the official site to submit and review such requests to the Department of Codes & Building Safety. Codes WILL NOT be responding back to Click Fix on this case again.
