Thanks for reporting. Like the last person said, this happens weekly. It's dangerous. And all the mud they are creating by spraying all the dirt makes it slippery too. People are literally walking in the eastbound lane of Hillsborough Street to get by this block!

I've referred this to our construction inspections division. When they have had a chance to respond I will update this issue.

The developer was contacted and this issue has been resolved, we will keep an eye on it. Thanks for reporting!
