My guess is that this issue should go to Nstar, but I'll ask DPW to weigh in on my hypothesis.

Issue was reported, by me, to Chelsea DPW at the end of January. Was told the city's electrical contractor would be sent out to investigate after most of the snow surrounding it had melted. Informed yesterday the contractor will be out this week to get measurements and other specifics.

All city electrical boxes will be inspected, and a plan will be developed to address them. Funding for this will be included in the FY'16 Capital Improvement budget. If approved, the work will start in the spring of 2016.
