See the attached image for explanation. I tried to verbally explain to a DPW employee before, and I don't think they understood the problem. This same problem also exists southbound at Broad and 3rd, as 3rd transitions from two way to one way.

Cary to define parking vs travel lanes (including diagram) has been formally reported to DPW Traffic Management (Request #20020817925) so that proper inspection and handling can take place - rtt
