Description

I'm not sure if this is a cost saving measure or a tech problem but the street lights have been out on the south end of water street for the last 48hrs. The problem is that this creates a very dark large parking lot which attracts car races, 4 wheelers doing damage to the sidewalk and trail, and general crime problems.
