This bike uses East Grand as their personal raceway. Their muffler is probably a violation too.

Just saw the same guy on the bright green street bike hitting high speeds around the west side of Victoria park, 2:36pm on a Thursday

Yes. I heard him on Grand too around the same time. Heard a loud bike racing down Grand around 4:30 am, this morning. This person must reside nearby.

Same bike racing up and down River Rd near Country Club. Something needs to be done before someone gets hurt.

People in general drive too fast in this area. The streets are narrow with cars parked on both sides. I've seen parked cars get hit and my own car was hit parked on these streets. People need to respect the speed limits and drive carefully in congested areas.
