Sent a code complaint in several months ago regarding this however did not get a resolution. Not sure if VB or VDOT has jurisdiction as it's located near the off ramp from Independence southbound getting onto Northampton Blvd south.

VDOT has been contacted at 1-800-367-7623. They have placed a work order with their crews to pick up the couch. For information puposes, the web site is www.virginiadot.org.
