I live next to a big ditch that makes a 90 degree turn arounf the edge of my property. Every time it rains my yard is flooded. I have been to public works and even put another culvert in my drive way. All public works did was clean the ditch out. I told them that they need to put a culvert under the road or dig out my ditch. I have to move my cars and am worried about my central air flooding or my house. Please help me. I will send pictures later.
