Description

Buses cannot make the turn from Chapel onto College because a car is parked in the first meter spot. With all the snow all the cars are parked about four feet away from the curb into the street. As autos attempt to make this turn, they get stuck and cause back ups on Chapel, College and even Temple. All one needs to do is simply put a bag over the last meter so this doesn't happen. This backup creates arguments and causes cars to jam on their breaks, Several close class yesterday!! Why can't the city fix this so easily?
